Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge North Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
