Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Stone Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
