Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lakeside Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 629 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
