Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
