Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
