Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Union Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Kansas City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 356 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving public records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
