Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Fern Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification.
