Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Jacksonville with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
