Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
