Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
