Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Forge Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
