Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Jacksonville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
