Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Maple Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
