Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Jackson plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
