Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
