Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Loom Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
