Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Vista Housing manages affordable housing communities across Jackson. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
