Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
