Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
