Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Summit Auto Group is a Indianapolis company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
