Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cross Health and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
