Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
