Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Indianapolis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
