Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Forge Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
