Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Pine Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
