Westbrook Summit Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
