Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quill Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 500 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
