Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Willow Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Houston supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
