Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Honolulu, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 896 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
