Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Honolulu with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
