Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Linden Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
