Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Honolulu, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
