Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
