Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Linden Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving public records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
