Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Sparrow Arts Center is an arts centre in Hartford with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
