Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Wilder Medical is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
