Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Summit Ashton Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
