Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Nova Energy and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 860 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
