Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Hartford, CT)

Cedar Wren Arts Center is an arts centre in Hartford with a full calendar of events, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ticketing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
