Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Civic Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
