Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bright Community Partners Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
