What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
