Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
