Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
