Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Fresno area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
