Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fresno, CA)

Nova Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Fresno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
