Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Nest Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
