Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Fern Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Fresno, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
