Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Wilder Construction Group is a Fort Worth contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
