Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Harbor Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
